A student is deemed officially enrolled if:
- he/she has submitted the appropriate admission or transfer credentials;
- he/she has made an initial payment on his/her school fees which the school has accepted; and
- he has been authorized to attend classes.
Therefore, a student is deemed officially enrolled even if he/she has not yet actually attended classes.
