Admission Requirements


New Freshmen

Junior High School Enrollment is open to applicants who have completed elementary school and passed the school's entrance examination.

New Freshmen must submit the following requirements:

  1. Report Card (138)
  2. Certificate of Good Moral Character
  3. In case of an honor student, a certification from the Principal of the school attended that he/she is an honor student. The honor obtained and the number of graduates in his/her group must be stated n the certification.
  4. Photocopy of Birth Certificate (PSA Copy)

Re-Enrollees

Students must accomplish their clearance before enrolling. The accomplished clearance shall be presented to the Registrar's Office upon registration.

Transferees

The following shall be submitted

  1. Report Card (Form 138)
  2. Eligibility to Transfer
  3. Complete credentials from the school last attended (Form 137)

All transferees will have to undergo initial interview at the SDC office.

For Overseas Students

Foreign students must submit the following:

  1. Grade placement from the Department of Education
  2. Report Card (Form 138)
  3. Photocopy of Alien Certification of Registration
  4. Permission from the Bureau of Immigration to enroll

Registration Procedures


Student Admission

When a student registers in a school, it is understood that he/she is enrolling for the entire school year.
A student is deemed officially enrolled if:

  1. he/she has submitted the appropriate admission or transfer credentials;
  2. he/she has made an initial payment on his/her school fees which the school has accepted; and
  3. he has been authorized to attend classes.

Therefore, a student is deemed officially enrolled even if he/she has not yet actually attended classes.
